Welcome to Caseify. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Seller Information

The seller is a natural person conducting non-registered business activity under Polish law.

2. Products

We sell phone cases and related accessories.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production variations.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency selected on the website.

The seller is not a VAT payer (VAT exempt under Polish law).
Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped outside the European Union.

Payment must be made in full before order processing.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:

  • incorrect pricing
  • suspected fraud
  • product unavailability

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Poland.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and import taxes required by their country.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us via email.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, and text, is the property of Caseify and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
