At Caseify, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 2-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-14 business days
  • International (Worldwide): 7-28 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, and customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, the refund may be reduced by return shipping costs and additional charges.
