Returns & Refunds

At Caseify, we want you to love your case.
If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, simply email us at:

Please include your order number and reason for return (optional, but helpful).

Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must not be damaged

We carefully inspect all returned items. Products showing clear signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
